Zappos is an online shoe company that sells shoes online – uniquely. Zappos’ CEO, Tony Hsieh, talks about bringing happiness to the customers of his online shoe company.
Tony Hsieh said that the biggest challenge they ever encountered in their online shoe company is how to get people buy their shoes even without trying it first – because, apparently, we first try a pair of shoe before buying it. And that’s why, Zappos revolutionized online shoe marketing, by a great and unique way to sell their shoes – free shipping and free returns for a year. And, it worked according to Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh.
