I’m getting “no signal”; before that I could not change channels -
only wqed ch. 13.pushing red button on discover box doesn’t help.
pulling plug doesn’t help. Sony tv can’t help – the problem is
from direct tv. why can’t I get service; you have no problem
deducting service charges; credit will have to be issued. hours
of wasted time – ridiculous; phone lines are busy! FIX IT!

You say the problem is fixed, yet I have o picture, just snow. Boo to yu telephone system, I wasted hours today only to keep getting kicked off the line. Fix it!
