BP Oil Spill Live Feed Update: Containment Cap Collecting Oils Update
Written by Daniel Vill Elux on Friday, July 2nd, 2010The BP Oil spill saga continues. And right now, newest update of the BP Oil Spill cap just hit the news. The containment cap is now capturing about 15,000 barrels of oil daily according to BP.

The Coast Guard said that about 250,000 gallons have been captured. It is about 20% to 50% of the oil flowing. And right now, oil slick is now flowing up to the east these past few days according to the officials. They also said that over 22 million to 48 million of gallons of oil have been gushed from the well since April 20.
Update: As of now, the remaining other oils leaked in the ocean are now being collected.
Update (2): BP is now recovering almost 15,000 barrels of oil a day and will soon increase that to 20,000 barrels.
The BP Oil spill disaster is really terrifying. As of now, the oil is still flowing, reaching different Gulf cities near the spill. More news and updates soon.
