Written by Charles Sy on Sunday, June 13th, 2010
Spirit Airline Strike 2010 - The flight of Spirit Airlines was canceled today, June 12, 2010, this is after the union of Pilot protested on salary adjustment and other benefits. The Management of the Airlines decided to stop their operations for one day until all things are settled down. They are now currently working to arrive to an agreement with their pilots.
On the other hand this cancellation caused havoc to all the passengers that already booked and paid their flights today. This is a problem that is being addressed by the marketing section of the Airline firm. They announced earlier today that they will be giving back the purchased amount for all the flights that were canceled today and that they will be providing $100 future credit for future flight with Spirit Airlines.
For more information on the re-booking and new flight schedule kindly call their hotline number at 1 (800) 772-7117 and 866-877-3191.
