Back to the Future and Post Office Holiday in Lieu of Independence Day

Since today is holiday, people are wondering now if there are post office holidays 2010. And now, according to some reports, the post offices will be closed today in observance of the 4th of July Independence Day. This only means that no regular mail will be delivered and only Express Mails.
Not only the post offices but also banks, photo centers, driver’s licence, all government offices and some stores will not be open today due to July 5 holiday too.
There will also be no city garbage collection for today and since its holiday, pickup will be delated one day for the rest of the week.
Moreso, the Smithfield Street service center will be closed though the customer service center phone hotlines will be operating now.
